🌟Your Role🌟
- ✅Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities
- ✅Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- ✅Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- ✅Handle customer inquiries, complaints, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- ✅Work closely with the sales and marketing team on campaigns and strategies
- ✅Maintain accurate customer records in ERP / CRM systems
- ✅Prepare sales reports and updates for management
- ✅Support other duties assigned by Supervisors / Managers
Requirements
- ✅1+ year experience in sales/customer service
- ✅Good English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus)
- ✅Proactive, tech-savvy, and ready to start
